Shipping, Exchange, and Refund Information

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is completed. Shipping is free within Korea. International shipping requires an additional fee of ₩30,000. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier. If there is an issue with your order, refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact me for assistance. 

In the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery, you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt. In this case, you must provide supporting documentation, such as a photo, for verification. Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or contaminated, if the product you ordered is different from the one you received, or if the condition clearly differs from the product details page.

Refunds are not possible for simple changes of mind (e.g., personal preferences regarding color or size), signs of use, or damage caused by customer negligence. Due to the nature of products utilizing artwork, slight differences in color or texture that occur during the printing process are not considered defects.
